Horkey has an extensive background in the areas of training
and people development. Her experience includes more
than six years as Director of Personnel for a Fortune
100 insurance company. She started her company, Missing
Link Consultants, Inc., in 1988. Donna holds
a BA in psychology and management from Eckerd College,
a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management
from Nova Southeastern University and she has been accredited
since 1987 as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
by the Human Resources Certification Institute. She
